Staff

Our Senior Pastor, Michael Howard Jr., and his wife, Katie, were born and raised in Powhatan, VA. He holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. Michael arrived at Seaford Baptist in October 2011 to take the position of Student Pastor. In October 2013, he was voted in as Senior Pastor. Michael and Katie have two sons, Beckett and Everett.

Our Worship Pastor, Eric Spence, was born and raised in Orlando, FL. He has spent over 10 years in music ministry and holds a Master’s Degree in Church Music from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Eric began serving at Seaford Baptist in October 2012. His worship vision can be boiled down to one thing – to point to Christ. Eric and his wife, Virginia, have two sons, Joshua and Caleb.

Our Student Pastor, Jordan Dickens, was born and raised in Sanford, NC. He has spent over seven years in student ministry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry and a minor in Biblical Studies from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Jordan began serving at Seaford Baptist in May 2014. His vision for Seaford students is to radically engage them in learning to love God and love people. Jordan and his wife, Katie, have been married since 2011.

Our Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Kimberly Millner, was born in Alexandria, VA and grew up in Springfield, VA. She has over 25 years experience in pre-school and elementary education. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. Kimberly began serving at Seaford Baptist in April 2013. Her vision for the children of Seaford is to sow seeds of faith through exciting and engaging Gospel-driven activities. Kimberly and her husband, Marty, have two sons, Ross and Mason.

Our Office Manager, Britany Ollenberger, brings professionalism, warmth and leadership to our administrative church staff. Britany joined the staff in March 2014. She and her husband, Eric, are faithful members at Seaford Baptist Church.

Our Administrative Assistant, Hannah Baker, joined our staff in June of 2016. She and her husband, Jason, are faithful members at Seaford Baptist Church. 

Our Facility Maintenance Coordinator, Mike Davis, joined the staff in January, 2014. He ensures our facility is well maintained and can repair just about anything. You can contact facility support at (757) 898-5384, or by email.
